The latest addition to Copenhagen’s pizza scene: the New York style sliceThree chefs from Bæst decided to bring New York’s pizza culture to Copenhagen. The pies are thin and double baked and made with sourdough, long fermentation and proper ingredients. Their take on the Hawaii pizza is delicious, with jalapeño and fermented pineapple. The black garlic dip for the crust is a fancy take on French onion dip. Pepperoni pizza is always on the menu, which otherwise changes throughout the seasons.
