This mini-restaurant headed by Basque chef David Garcia and the Basque origins of his cuisine are obvious (you have txuleta, kokotxas, sardines, etc.) bur his cooking style is different (sliced txuleta served in broth and kokotxas with squid ink).
And not even try to order wine but ask for sherry pairing. It will be your biggest discovery.
