Mikael Einarsson - one of Sweden's best classically-trained chefs who’s been an important force in some of the most beloved restaurants in town - is the captain here, and the love for France is clear.The menu is inspired by both rural countryside cooking as well as luxurious metropolitan bistros. Parts of the menu are anchored in French classics, others more creative interpretations. If you’re into offals, there's also good options that I can vouch for. Backed by a 500-bin wine list, the focus is not surprisingly on high quality French wines, delving deep into the classic regions. The last few pages also hold some sought-after wines from, for example, Italy and California. If you would like to forgo ordering individual bottles, there’s also a good selection by the glass.
