Amazing flavors, should get two Michelin
As a chef who travels for food, I’ve eaten some of the best foods all over the world. After a while, my taste bud gets harder & harder to please. Lately I’ve been disappointed at michelin starred places, felt like same old, nothing new. Sorry if I sound jaded, but it’s true.
This Candlenut surprised me by waking uo my taste buds. Everything was delicious even if i don’t remember what I ate. But one particular dish stood out in my mind, and made me scratch my head trying to guess what seasoning or flavors they used to make it so out of this were delicious, but so different that I can’t put my finger on why it was so delicious. I can’t even remember what the dish was called, but if you go there, please just order the dish by pointing to the last picture I’m posting here, some kind of veggie dish that was unforgettable. I could eat it every day. It was that good. I would come back to Singapore just to eat this dish.
