Unlike the giant, overpriced steak temples downtown, this Ukrainian Village gem is led by two classically-trained chefs, who get the same dry-aged meat everyone else in town does, but they cook them in the French style, that is, in cast iron, with butter and herbs. Lunch is also a great option, including their must-have Philly cheesesteak made with prime rib.
