Big Su Beef Noodles on Bangkok’s Thanon Nakhon Chaisi Road, is near 70 years strong, serving up deeply-rich, hearty broths with all the good cow cuts and fluffy organs - sirloin, tongue, kidneys, brisket, intestine… The beef is braised for six hours in a boiling herby broth before serving. One of the best beef noodle soup outlets in the city.
