Superb seafood-focused tasting menu There was much furore when Andy Beynon's London Fields restaurant was awarded a Michelin star after just 20 full days of opening, but one visit to Behind and you'll discover that Michelin were bang on the money. It's a chef's table style restaurant, seafood-focused, with soft spoken Andy guiding you through the menu. The cooking is confident and technically strong without being uneccessarily showy. Easily one of the best meals I've had in London.
