Bayan Ko

For Filipino food, we usually go to Bayan ko, which is chef Lawrence Letrero’s and his partner’s restaurant. He is Filipino, his wife Raquel is Cuban, so it's not necessarily a fusion, but they're highlighting both Filipino and Cuban cuisines on their menu. They have a daytime concept, and a tasting menu at night. And they also have a diner called Bayan Ko Diner.
