Here is a restaurant recommendation to all vegan and vegetarian food lovers or anyone really, who loves tasty and deliciously cooked greens. Restaurant Växhuset is located inside one of Stockholm’s best night clubs and serves (in our opinion) the best vegan fine dine in town. Like this finely cooked dish; Cabbage root slowly cooked in algal broth, fermented almond, red algae and elderberry. You can also enjoy the most delicious ‘Nattmacka’ (midnight snack) at Växthuset. We are not joking when we are saying the most delicious; Smoke radish with sauerkraut, horseradish mayo, mustard seeds, pickled elderberry on sourdough bread. How yummy? Did we mention it’s all vegan?
Savant Bar in Stockholm is a cozy coffee spot by day and a welcoming natural wine bar by night. They focus on seasonal, veg-centric options and a zero-waste outlook, creating a laid-back atmosphere for guests. It’s a friendly place where you can drop by any time without a reservation.
