Volta has truly won us over. From our very first visit —back when they had just opened— we felt something special was happening, and this time, the experience fully confirmed it.
Their cuisine strikes a rare balance: dishes that are light yet deeply flavorful, elegantly crafted with a clear identity that never overwhelms. The quality of the ingredients shines through, and everything feels intentional and well-executed.
The atmosphere adds to the charm — modern, welcoming, with excellent lighting (a big yes!) and a team that delivers discreet, professional, and warm service.
The appetizers deserve a special mention: each one has its own character and a clear, memorable flavor. Our personal highlights were the tartares, the sweetbread, and a standout ossobuco that left a lasting impression. And dessert? A delightful, refined take on the classic Pavlova — light, balanced, and just the right touch of sweetness to end on a high note.
