Best place in London? No. Favourite place in London? Very probably. Never had a bad meal here, great seafood, and a kitchen that knows when to leave ingredients to their own devices (and what ingredients they are) but, when they do "interfere" do so to frequently dazzling effect, with a great understanding of flavours: the pictured oysters with jalapeño, kalamansi and dill being a case in point. Best value happy hour in London too: six (first rate) oysters, glass of Crémant for a tenner.
