Chefs Rafa Pannatiere, who worked for seven years at Celler de Can Roca, and his partner Jorge highlight a new dimension of each product, and incorporate them using their haute cuisine techniques and knowledge of traditions from all corners of the globe. They are also producing all sausages and cheeses used at Sartoria Panatieri.
