Potager, the highly anticipated new restaurant from the team behind Entier French Dining, has opened in Bamboo Hills. Located in a striking glass structure, Potager, meaning kitchen garden, fosters both culinary talent and creativity. Executive Chef Masashi Horiuchi blends his French training with local Malaysian ingredients and terroir, creating a unique, contemporary dining experience. Dishes showcase premium local produce like Tanjung Malim caviar and Cameron Highlands sweet corn, alongside less common ingredients such as guinea fowl sourced from a local farm.
