I haven’t tried all the Pastel De Nata in Lisbon to compare but among the few I have tried, Pasteis Belem is still the best!
This institution has been in Belem area for almost 200 years it is a massive shop with a huge dining area at the back (250 seats! ) so if you ever go, go there a bit earlier and get a seat inside.
Highly recommend the donut and the pastéis de bacalhau ( deep fried salt cod fritter).
