This nice bistro in the heart of Chueca neighborhood in Madrid offers traditional Georgian food with an slightly contemporary flair.
Really nice khachapuri and khinkali, stuffed aubergines (Badrijany Nigvzit), green beans served in a herbs sauce with toasted sunflower seeds oil (Mtsvane Lobio Imerulad) and a short but interesting list of Georgian wine and beer.
