We love going to Monteverde. It’s a restaurant that’s still independent, but also doing it on a large scale, led by chef Sarah Grueneberg. It's a very large restaurant and the food is consistent every time. We look at it from our perspective of only having 30 seats, to walking into this massive restaurant, and they're flat seating a hundred people, and we're wondering how they can do this consistently? It's always delicious, always consistent and you can have some amazing experiences.
