Jason Hammel's crew has always been laser-focused on working with local farmers (before everyone else was). Monday night farm dinners highlight whatever was delivered over the weekend, and the brunch is one of the toughest tables in town. If Alice Waters lived in Chicago, she'd be eating here weekly.
