Lumskebugten is really good - it was owned by Erwin Lauterbach for many years, but since a few years chef Andreas Møller is running the kitchen. It’s one of my favourite places for smørrebrød. I’m a herring guy, so I would go for any herring smørrebrød, and have the mandatory beer and akvavit schnapps - there’s no way around it, even if it’s a working day lunch.
