Colombian home-inspired dishes but with plenty of pizzaz 🪄 @cheffernandoarevalo's work at 3-month old @latido.sg on Tras street is unparelled. A true representation of his rambunctious personality and technical cooking set up in a cool dining room lit up with colorful mask figurines. The dishes prompt at sharing, a bottle of South American wine perhaps, and return visits to explore the generous and rather extensive offerings. My must-haves include the Bocados de Tiradito, Arepa de Chocolo y Huevo and the Braised Rabbit, Bacon, Parmesan, Cassava Wrap. Each providing a playground of textures and spices that feels like a trip around the world.
