Even though the original La Mar in Lima is impossible to replicate, Gastón Acurio's comeback to Madrid captures the essence of many of the original location dishes: cebiche clásico or pez a la nikkei are good examples.
Opened just a couple of days ago, on March 26th, 2025. Good to have Gastón back in town!
