Another worthy addition to the Borough Market dining scene. Khao Bird bills itself as a northern Thai styke BBQ but it’s so much more. Sat above the Globe Tavern in the heart of the market it offers a refuge from the crowds below and serves up simple yet hyper fresh flavours and the welcome heat one comes to expect from Thai food down well. Highly recommended
