Located on the side of the Catalonia Plaza hotel with direct access from the street. The proposal of Restaurante Filigrana is that of a Mediterranean cuisine restaurant offering quality ingredients and well-prepared dishes. The ambiance and lighting might fall a bit short, but it undoubtedly excels where it matters most: the cuisine is delicate, carefully crafted and prepared with great attention to details. My favorites are the beach anchovies al pil pil, the delicious artichokes, and the rice. The lemon pie with yuzu meringue is also delightful.
