The new Fedora led by Basil Al Mileik formerly at Four Horsemen and who is also in charge of St. Jardim and Chef Monty Monty Forrest is excellent. The menu is composed of classic dishes like Chicken Cordon Bleu, Spaghetti & Clams and Pierogies updated just slighty to even the most discerning foodie. Wonderful vibe and excellent wine list. The West Village is have a moment food-wise with many great recent openings.
