Dining at the open kitchen bar is recommended for endless and interesting stories behind the dishes, traditions and ingredients while watching the chefs plating the dishes. The ingredients include Jim's personally sourced rare Swedish jewels such as Vendace Roe from Kalix. Embla is located on the street level in a quiet neighborhood.
