COTE Newly appointed ⭐️⭐️ Michelin is not a surprise at all. Good friend Chef Davide deserved totally this new accolade. I just came back from Bangkok where I had lunch at Cote and from start to end was a great lunch , precise & flavourful. First 3 bites Pomelo , prawn tartelette Beetroot meringue and goat cheese Gougère smoked mackerel Kaviari MENU Beautiful sea urchin / cauliflower/ almond BBQ oyster / king trumpet/ yeast foam Scallops Bagna coda sauce / Thistle Trofie / Langoustine / Black sesame My favourite Trout / fennel / Comte stunning dish perfect cooking and very enjoyable combination with Comte cheese Pigeon also fantastic / morel mushrooms/ mulberries Osmanthus/pomelo / fennel very refreshing Coconut / green apple / shiso Service was impeccable , ambiance very comfortable Overall experience definitely is at the level of the 2 Star Michelin It is my second visit and definitely not the last one.
