Famed chef Albert Adrià, known for his success at Café Royal in 2016 and being voted The World’s Best Pastry Chef, returns to London with Cakes & Bubbles. This marks his first permanent establishment outside Spain, inspired by Barcelona’s “La Dolça.” Located in the heart of London at Hotel Café Royal, it offers a diverse array of exceptional desserts, including classics like the renowned Tickets “cheesecake,” egg flan, and airwaffles.
