There is a reason tiny, charming Red Hook restaurant Cafe Kestrel is filled up with Chefs, restaurant industry people and serious in the know foodies - great, creative food that has a unique angle to its compositions. The restaurant itself is lovely and fits well with its Red Hook neighborhood. With the Red Hook Tavern closeby Red Hook could easily become one of NYC’s hottest food hoods.
