The 63 Clinton team serves up a slightly more casual, yet no less thrilling, new restaurant helmed by the talented Chef Abe who worked at 63 Clinton, Atomix, Jua, Bar Uchū among others. The menu is a playful mix of unusual flavor combinations that really work.The Southwest inspiration is obvious but we also saw other subtle influences that really make it a global menu. The caviar dish is outstanding. Exciting to see the 63 Clinton team expanding and provinding a platform dor talented members of their team to shine….
