Baker Kenichi Warita masters all the classic sour dough breads and croissants and bakes the best pain au chocolat I’ve ever had: light, flaky, buttery and oh so chocolaty. Some pastries have are flavoured with Japanese miso, black bean paste and burdock root. Do not miss the perfectly crunchy miniature cannelés or the sourdough bun with butter, cooked ham, gruyère and cornichons.
