What is Apéro? It’s bar snacks taken straight to the moon and beyond. Their menu is what dreams are made of, and even if you’re not hungry and have mainly gone for their extensive wine list and good drinks you’ll probably be starving once you smell the goodness from Jack Forsmann’s kitchen in the basement. Much of their inspiration is from food-classics around the world. How about some chicken and waffles with caviar for your wine? Or a bikini-toast for that gin and tonic?
