A restaurant on a par with the Ritz, the best bread and butter you will ever have.One of the city’s novelties for the summer of 22 was the opening of the new restaurant of hipster Chef Rafa Zafra, under the command of young chef Gonzalo Hernandez. The luxurious facilities of the place, in blue and gold, inside the iconic Palace Hotel, formerly the Ritz, make the cooking show based on super fresh products and some recipes from the old El Bulli taking the diner back to the times of glory.
