Wheated

Wheated, out in Brooklyn, is run by David Sheridan, who is an amazing chef—really smart. The room is small with beautiful wooden walls and a great bar. He’s got an amazing whiskey collection, and his sourdough pizza may be the best I’ve eaten. It’s New York style but sourdough, super-crispy, tons of flavor, a creamy interior, and it just blows me away—even though it’s one stop from Coney Island, it’s worth the trip.
