My pizza recommendation for New York is Una Pizza Napoletana. The chef, Anthony Mangieri, is just insane. He makes the most amazing hyper hydrated dough. Every night he makes 100 pizzas. No more, not 101, he makes exactly 100 pizzas. You stand in line at his Lower East Side place on Orchard Street and you’ll experience the best pizza in the United States. Actually yesterday he received a pizza award again.
