Toconoco

This small place, called Toconoco, is incredible. They have onigiri, matcha lattes, bowls of rice with miso soup, grilled mackerel, black sesame cheesecake, chawanmushi, ramen. You can get a beef stew with potatoes, udon—it’s a really wide range. It’s close to the river, in a small restaurant, so you can go with family, friends, your partner, or just by yourself. A really great place for lunch.
