SOL Restaurant

Sol restaurant is a contemporary Korean restaurant by chef @gwanju_kim and @_gainy who both worked in various Michelin starred restaurants in HK and beyond. Their Korean backgrounds are the backbone of the restaurant. Behind the contemporary European presentation is the flavour of Korea. I think the egg custard dish is great example - blending French sabayon with Koran pine nut cream with a hint of sherry vinegar. Tasting menu starts from $888 and I highly recommend ordering the abalone as an add on.
