Thai cuisine, pulled apart, questioned and reimagined. That sums it up pretty well.
There’s excitement in the air when you enter SDC. It’s playful, tricky, avant garde, but never to the degree that it becomes a gimmick. Underneath is knowledge, respect for produce, and a healthy dose of curiosity. Chef Sareen dives into his Thai roots but also sprinkles influences from other parts of the world.
