Sandì restaurant is a brand new little cozy place in Milan open for lunch during the week and only on friday night for dinner (at the moment).
A kitchen that winks at French bistros with also some bitter notes of vegetables and umami of cheeses and good fresh pasta (the tagliatelle with melted spring onion, dandelion and Castelmagno are exquisite).
A warm and welcoming atmosphere, where you breathe a pleasant harmony between the past (beautiful floors in grit!) and the present with a nice white tablecloth and minimal mise en place.
The wine list is limited to about 30 between Italian and French labels (plus a few bottles off the list), essential but interesting and I would say perfect for pairing with the dishes on the menu.
