The new Café-Restaurant from the Bras Family, in Paris, in the heart of the Bourse de Commerce - Collection Pinault. A stunning location redefined by Tadao Ando. Michel & Sebastien offer you a look into their unique cooking style. This time defined by grains to pay tribute to the unique location in a former Halle aux Grains. I tried their menu ‘Jardin’ in Autumn which is centered around the best seasonal vegetables of their garden and of course a reinterpretation of the aligot.
