When traveling this is the type of places I love discovering. Unpretentious, enjoyable eats, focusing on the craft and in this case: hand-pulled noodles in different sizes.
Lanzhou beef noodle soup has a light yet rich broth, letting the chewy noodles be the hero of the dish served with herbs and an aromatic, not too spicy chili oil, and black vinegar. Love a set of great condiments. We took the 3mm noodle with a side of their cold sliced beef shank with chili oil for some extra meat to our beef noodle soup.
Super stoked that this type of ventures are finally entering the food scene in Stockholm which is currently dominated of restaurant concepts that are neither original or authentic.
