Molino "El Pujol"

Molino Pujol is Enrique Olvera’s tortilleria serving breakfast and lunch until the afternoon. We loved that place. We had chilaquiles and they also have a famous quesadilla with cheese and a hoja santa leaf. So that was delicious because the cheese was perfect. The tortilla that they do every day is outstanding, made of fresh ingredients. They do everything in that tiny place, and we love it.
