When in Dubai, there are a few food memory moments that cannot be missed. Specifically this one; lunch at Maison de Curry , where the Burj Khalifa has a view of YOU! It is impossible not to fall in love with Chef Paritosh Sharma’s smile and energy as he brings dish after dish of his favourite flavours and combinations of fresh ingredients that are a clear reflection of his own personal travel experience from Europe, Africa, Asia and South America. It’s also hard not to miss the subtle backstory of these dishes that is clearly deeply rooted in his childhood memories. I love this spot in downtown Dubai at the Souk Al Bahar and I’m going to find my way back here for more of this goodness
