If you are in London on a sunny day, trust me, go to Kioku by Endo in OWO Raffles Hotel for lunch. Their terrace has a panoramic view across central London. You can see Big Ben, the London Eye, Westminster, and many more landmarks. Their lunch menu is also quite affordable (3 courses for £55 pp // 4 courses for £65 pp).
