I love Claude Bosi's restaurant called Josephine. It's a real true lyonnaise bistro, cooking incredible food. A lot of people cook French food here in the UK, but Claude obviously being a native man from Lyon has absolutely nailed that in his Lyon Bistro. It's just fabulous.
