Finnjävel Salonki is the one Michelin star restaurant in the Kunsthalle Helsinki by chef Tommi Tuominen. In a cozy back room with wooden interior, the menu features contemporary takes on Finnish traditional dishes, with local produce like vendace roe, pike, reindeer and the sweet malt pudding called mämmi.
