Eyval is one of my favorite restaurants in NYC. Eyval focuses on Iranian / Persian food. The flavor combinations start with an ingredient or two that give eah dish a unique touch of sweetness that is balanced with a melange of other fascinating flavors that support the freshest main subjects of each dish whether that is eggplant, chicken or lamb. I have not found any other place like this in NYC!
