Da Delfina

This legendary restaurant has a terrace with postcard-worthy views of the beautiful Tuscan hills and vineyards and serves classic fare from the surrounding area. If we were to pick out the single most important restaurant for Cali-Italian (and therefore Italian cooking in America?) cooking, I’m pretty confident Da Delfina would be the one. Expect sformato, crostini misti, figs, wild boar, bistecca and rabbit. And do not miss out on the famous pan-fried(!) ribollita!
