Chaozhou Malaya Bistro Cafe

This Malayan Bistro café just blew my mind when I was there. It's in a shopping arcade outside of Melbourne. It looks so unassuming, but there's one woman there, who's everyone calls Auntie, who cooks the most mind-blowing dishes with heart and soul. It's like having a meal at home cooked by your mum, if your mum was cooking with the most incredible ingredients, like freshly killed chicken, mud crab, spanner crab, coral trout and pigeon. It's just outrageous.
