CHAE

Chae is a beautiful place which is about an hour outside of town. It’s a tiny Korean place which is literally the home of the young chef, who serves only 6 people per sitting. They only do it 4 sittings a week, so it's 24 people that dine there every week, so a very small place. She makes her own ferments, including the drinks. That place is super incredible.
