CANAL - Linienstraße

Stumbling upon CANAL was one of the happiest accidents I’ve had in Berlin. I stopped in for a quick coffee and pastry break, and what a discovery it turned out to be. Their éclair is simply perfection—light as air, with a filling so flavorful it lingers on your palate in the best way. The texture struck that perfect balance: fluffy, indulgent, and absolutely not dry (a mistake too many places make). The coffee paired beautifully with the pastry, and the overall vibe of the place makes it a great spot to take a moment for yourself.
