A humble Dubai staple absent any frills. Spicy marinated fish and shrimp are weighed, bought then fried whole and served with rice and curry sauce. It’s simple, but stood the test of time. Be prepared to line up for half and hour to order and possibly another hour to wait for the food — it’s that popular. Reservations recommended!
